These Terms of Service govern your use of OTLDR, an AI-powered conversation summarization platform. By using OTLDR, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

OTLDR provides AI-powered conversation transcription, summarization, and action item tracking. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries and recommend reviewing all output.

2. Accounts & Workspaces

You must create an account to use OTLDR. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing member access and permissions within their workspaces.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to your conversation transcripts, notes, summaries, and other content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Third-Party AI Services

OTLDR uses third-party AI services to process conversation content for summarization. We maintain data processing agreements with our AI providers to ensure your data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OTLDR to: record conversations without consent of all participants, process content that violates applicable laws, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, or share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

OTLDR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated summaries, any actions taken based on AI outputs, or any data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
