We use your information to provide and improve the OTLDR service, including generating AI summaries, tracking action items, and building series context. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. Conversation content is processed by AI for summarization on our secure servers. We share data only when required by law or with your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Conversation transcripts and summaries are stored within your workspace. You can delete your data at any time through the application settings.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Analytics data is collected anonymously to improve the service.
